Long Point Winery opened its doors May 5, 2000. Guests visiting the recent addition to the wine trail are treated to a tasting of fine wines, while enjoying the spectacular view of Cayuga Lake and countryside that the tasting room provides.
Long Point Winery owner and vintner Gary Barletta collected over 60 awards in his 23 years as an amateur wine maker. Specializing in dry red wines, Gary has now enjoyed professional success winning medals in both national and international wine competitions.
The cozy, family-run gift shop offers beautiful gift baskets, handcrafted pottery, candles, and hanging wreaths from area craftspeople, in addition to a vast array of Long Point Winery t-shirts, sweatshirts, hats and wine utensils. Take home wine by the bottle, or take advantage of discounts on full and half cases of wine.
